The Platform is intended for use by professionals and individuals aged 18 years or over.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

• Share your account access with unauthorised users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or distribute platform content
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.

5. Subscription and Payment

JewelleryValuer Pro operates on a subscription basis.

• The subscription fee is £29 per month (unless otherwise stated).
• A 30-day free trial may be offered.
• After the trial period, subscription charges will begin automatically unless cancelled.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, databases and materials within JewelleryValuer Pro are the intellectual property of [Your Legal Business Name] unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute database content
